All payments must be received by the agreed upon dates in your sales agreement. We accept cash, money orders, business checks, AMEX, VISA, Mastercard and Discover. Production on all orders begins when payment is received and artwork and sizes are confirmed.
Our lead time is normally 4-6 weeks give or take which is dependent upon our current workload. Please be aware that the coronavirus pandemic may impact production and shipping timelines due to factors beyond our control.
Once your order is complete and ready for shipping you will be notified by your designated account manager. Your account manager will provide you with your tracking information via one of our trusted couriers (FedEx, DHL, USPS)
RETURN / EXCHANGE
We will work to assure maximum satisfaction on your custom team uniform order. Once the manufacturing process begins on custom orders we are unable to offer a refund. Tunnel Vision does not accept returns on any merchandise with a logo, customized project, or personalized goods. We offer replacements at no additional cost on pieces that did not meet our quality control check. Items that you have questions about must be brought to the attention of your designated account manager.
